About Dean Zusmer

I’m Dean Zusmer, Founder & Spokesperson of 305-INJURED and Director of Growth & Partnerships at OneCallLegal.

Before entering legal marketing, I spent more than two decades as a chiropractic physician and founded Miami Accident Center, where I worked directly with thousands of patients affected by accidents and injuries.

That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of what people face after a traumatic event—the physical pain, emotional stress, financial uncertainty, medical decisions, insurance challenges, and questions about what to do next.

Today, I use that experience to help build stronger connections between individuals, trusted professionals, and the resources they need to move forward.

At OneCallLegal, I develop strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, client-acquisition systems, and community relationships designed to connect people with experienced legal representation when they need it most.

Through 305-INJURED, I am helping build a consumer-facing personal injury information and marketing brand that provides guidance, useful resources, and access to the experienced attorneys at OneCallLegal.

This journal is where I share what I have learned about accidents and injuries, recovery, resilience, relationships, personal growth, business, branding, and life in Miami.
